Leather Day of Caring is April 19th. On this day, our community nationwide, will come together as one to help the homeless, particularly those with HIV/AIDS.

NLA-Indianapolis is contributing food donations to the Damien Center's food bank, clothing donations to Indy Thrift for AIDS, and monetary donations to the Community Education Committee of Indiana Still Cares.

If you have food and clothing donations, you may contribute them at any NLA-Indianapolis meeting or event. The Indy Slosh, hosted by Tammie Nelson(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Indy_Slosh/) and
the Indianapolis Munch, hosted by Dara (http://indymunch.org) are also delivery recipients. And last, but not least, Greg's (formerly Our Place) at 231 E. 16th St. in Indianapolis will be accepting clothing and monetary donations, though no food. There is a collection point set up inside the nightclub. We plan to have collection points set up at The Varsity and 501 in the near future as well. A new club,
Alternative Lifestyles of Michiana, will also be participating with a charitable bar night...More information on this event to come.

Should you have food or clothing to donate, but no way to transport them, then please contact us and we will arrange to pick them up.
