Family Hope Alliance, Inc., celebrates outstanding community service. In the beginning the Ms. World Leather Event was just one way of expressing its commitment to charitable projects geared towards making a noticeable difference throughout the world.

We have celebrated the dedicated leather women from around the
globe who are working hard to make a difference in their
communities since 2001.

In 2006 the Family Hope Alliance will be introducing the
Mr. World Leather Contest.

Our vision is to produce an event that will provide an opportunity for these women and men to continue their work and reach their full potential. This event is built to inform and educate not just the leather community, but also those who stand outside of it.

MS. WORLD LEATHER

A Different Kind Of Contest For A Different Type Of Woman

The holder of this title, Ms. World Leather, will present to the community a true leader. These women come to this weekend event with a specific message and the desire to deliver it. This title will support the winner so that she may carry that message worldwide.

Leather title contestants are often asked if they feel there is a need for more titles, and whether or not these titles truly have a purpose. It is the hope of our organization that this event will answer those questions with a resounding "Yes!" Often, contest attendees wonder why or how the winner was selected. Sometimes, it's what you don't see that makes a difference in why the winner is chosen. We want you to be able to see for yourself the judged portions of Ms World Leather, so this event is open to all attendees. While this is the first contest to institute such a practice, we hope to inspire and help shape the future!

It Takes a Special Man

It is now time for the men of the community to step up to the plate and prove to the community that they have what it takes to live up to the standards that the past winners of Ms World Leather have set.

In 2006 the men of our community will be on stage along side of the women to compete for Mr. World Leather 2006. The judging process will be the same for the men as it is for the women. Each portion will be open to the attendees of the weekend to view and make their own decisions as to who they feel should win the title of the first ever Mr. World Leather.

FOUNDERS

The founders of this event have served this community in many capacities: some have proudly represented the International titles such as International Ms. Leather; others have done work behind the scenes. Many new faces have come on board since the original founders
started the organization but the philosophy and the beliefs
have remained the same

We all believe in the power of this community.
We believe in change.
We believe in growth.
We believe that not only will this event be different; it will also make a difference.
